When your vseebox keeps buffering or freezing, you need to clear the cache and restart the app first,

Or use a wired network connection like Ethernet cable, which avoids Wi-Fi interference.
If you are using Wi-Fi, you need to check the signal strength and reduce the number of devices connected at the same time.
